School of Love

School of Love is a growing collection of reflections, conversations, and classes about something no one ever formally teaches us: how to love.

Not just romantic love, but the messy, beautiful, everyday parts of it: setting boundaries, learning how we attach, understanding family patterns, and reconnecting with our inner child.

This space was made for anyone who’s ever asked, “Why do I do this in relationships?” or “Where did I learn this idea of love?”

We’re not here to offer quick fixes. Just better questions, shared language, and quiet reminders that we’re not alone in figuring it all out.

Join Our First Class:
What is Love, Actually?

We believe love affects everything, and learning to love better is learning to live better. What is Love, Actually? is our first class: a deeper understanding of what love is, why it matters, and how it works— through the lens of psychology.
